Our therapists are here to help support you becoming a better “you”, which will naturally look different for all of us. Whether you’re looking for concrete tools and coping strategies, support and affirmation, deeper insights about yourself, or just a space to process being alive, your therapist will co-create a relationship that specifically attunes to your needs and goals.

While each of our therapists offer unique styles and strengths, we specialize in anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship distress, self esteem, depression, substance use & life transitions for all people, and especially folks ages 18-40. We are explicitly rooted in social justice values, and believe in authenticity and transparency within the therapeutic relationship. We provide LGBTQ+ affirming and competent care.
